Heavy commitment by an executive to a course of action, especially if it has worked well in the past, makes it likely to miss signs of incipient trouble or misinterpret them when they do appear.
2。最明显不同点,especiallly if one that/especially if it, 根据句意(miss signs or misinterpreting 的主语只能是人),所以舍ACD
3。对比BE,虽然我觉得B直接交代了主语,executive,比E更明了,但是简洁,方便别人阅读原则,是在其他都一样的情况下,使用的,所以先找是否有其他更明显的绝对错的区别,后来发现,B选项中one that worked well in the past, E选项,one that has worked well in the past,在句意上有明显的差别,整体为一般时态,故选择E。
